□ The paper should include direct quotes or paraphrases from all 10 references with proper in-text citations.

□ Put the word count on the first page before the first paragraph. (This paper should be at least 1,000 words.)

□ Make sure your paper uses the memoir as a lens from which to compare and contrast popular cultural representations of disability in news, TV, film, etc.

□   Write about your personal reaction and reflection on the memoir and other articles you read. How did the memoir and media representations affect your view of disability?
